To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Gel-Lyte 3, ASICS collaborated with Mita Sneakers from Japan to launch a limited-edition version of this classic sneaker in January 2015. The design of the shoe features a combination of navy blue nubuck on the back and side panels, perfectly complemented by royal blue accents on the side stripes and forefoot. Vibrant orange highlights are incorporated in various parts of the shoe's upper and tooling, adding exciting bursts of contrasting color. This unique release pays homage to the iconic Gel-Lyte 3 silhouette while infusing it with fresh and eye-catching elements.
