The black leather paneling serves as a backdrop for embroidered red hearts and roses, adding a striking contrast. To pay tribute to their mothers, the lace bed of the right shoe is inscribed with 'Elizabeth' in memory of Irving's mother, while the left shoe honors Sneaker Room founder Suraj Kaufman's mother with the inscription 'Ellen.'
