The Michael Lau x Dunk SB Low sneakers became available as part of a coveted collectible series in 2006. These sneakers were inspired by the popular skateboarding comic strip Gardener, which was created by the renowned Hong Kong artist Michael Lau. Drawing inspiration from the Gardener character NY Fat, the upper of these sneakers showcases a Dark Coffee wood grain print, accentuated by four skateboard-like drill holes on the ankle. The sneaker is further complemented by a two-tone brown sole unit and an NY Fat graphic on the footbed. This particular release was an exclusive and limited edition, only sold at Hong Kong's Nike flagship store in 2006. To add to its exclusivity, the sneakers were packaged in a walnut wood box and included a six-inch walnut wood NY Fat collectible figurine, along with a mini-skateboard wood tag.
