Released in July 2013, Civilist, the skate shop in Berlin, paid homage to the renowned skate spot and contemporary art gallery, Neue Nationalgalerie, by launching the exclusive Dunk High Premium SB 'Civilist'. The design of this high-top skate shoe draws inspiration from the architecture master Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, showcasing a combination of black and Anthracite shades on its leather and suede upper. Adding to its distinct aesthetic, the shoe features a quilted heel that replicates the interior of the museum, while the patterned tongue mirrors the structure of the building with its steel frame and glass facade. Limited in quantity, this release truly captures the essence of both Berlin's vibrant skate culture and the iconic gallery that serves as its backdrop.
