The Doernbecher project is a unique opportunity for the young patients of OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon to showcase their creativity by designing their own custom shoes. One of the standout designs from this project is the LeBron 13 'DB' crafted by Kian Safholm. Inspired by the mesmerizing beauty of sunsets on the Savanna, Kian incorporated this imagery into the silhouette of the LeBron 13. The shoe features a striking gradient Hyperposite upper adorned with black accents on the side panels, laces, midsole, and tongue. To enhance comfort and protect against impact, the sneaker also includes a translucent outsole with additional cushioning.
