The Air Zoom Flight The Glove, also known as the 1998 Nike Air Zoom Flight, was specifically designed by Eric Avar for Gary Payton, a notable point guard. To commemorate Payton’s sole NBA title with the Miami Heat in 2006, the Air Zoom Flight The Glove ‘Miami Heat’ was introduced in January 2014. The upper of this model showcases a striking University Red shroud, which draws inspiration from the Heat team. Additionally, it is complemented by a black and Tour Yellow Swoosh. Underneath the shroud, a dark grey inner bootie is featured. The heel is marked with the iconic ‘THE GLOVE’ branding, while the midsole combines black and red hues with Zoom cushioning for optimal comfort. The model is concluded with a vibrant University Red outsole.
