The atmos x Air Max 1 DLX takes inspiration from the previous collaboration between Nike and atmos in 2006. To bring a fresh take on the original design, Nike has partnered with the renowned Japanese sneaker boutique once more to create a shoe that showcases various animal prints such as pony, tiger, zebra, and leopard. In contrast to the 2006 model which had ivory colors, the 2018 Air Max 1 showcases black detailing on its upper. This unique design forms part of Nike's 2018 'Animal Pack' collaboration with atmos, with the other half being an Air Max 95.
