The collaboration between Jordan Brand, Nike, and Doernbecher Children's Hospital continues with the Doernbecher Freestyle program, providing an opportunity for patients to design their own sneakers. In 2008, former patient Colin Couch unveiled his original creation. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the program, Couch's design was revived for the Air Force 1 07 Le DB sneaker in August 2013. This reissued version showcases a distinctive dimensional appearance through laser-cut etching on the upper.
