The Air Force 1 Low CMFT ‘Puerto Rico’ was released in anticipation of the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City. It made its debut in June 2013 on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. This version of the popular silhouette boasts notable upgrades such as Phylon midsoles, translucent outsoles, and discreet reflective accents on the heel. The design draws inspiration from the vibrant flag of Puerto Rico, featuring a color palette of white, red, and blue. The heel showcases a stylish grey laser etched graphic, while the blue suede mudguard and heel notch flaunt red baseball-style cross stitching. Additionally, a green lace lock adds a touch of flair. The midsole displays the iconic AIR branding with red, white, and blue accents, complemented by a translucent outsole that showcases the same laser-etched pattern as the upper, only this time in blue.
