Fourteen talented female designers at Nike were carefully selected to take part in a groundbreaking initiative called "The 1 Reimagined." The primary objective of this project was to revamp the legendary 1980s basketball shoe, making it more relevant and appealing for the contemporary woman. The end result, the Women's Air Force 1 Explorer XX 'The 1 Reimagined,' showcases a striking all-white color scheme, a combination of luxurious suede and leather materials for the upper, and an exposed tongue that is securely held in position by a convenient velcro strap. Designed with functionality in mind, this model also incorporates an inner bootie to provide additional support to the wearer and a large heel pull tab to ensure a hassle-free and comfortable fit.
