The upper is made of smooth nubuck and combines a gray base with black overlays, featuring perforated details that expose a reflective underlay. Bordeaux accents can be found on the heel tab, resembling a spoiler, and on the lace guard with the Jumpman logo. The unique multicolor design typically seen on the neoprene tongue of the Air Jordan 7 is now located on the interior tongue and sockliner of this model. The back heel is embroidered with the Jumpman logo in a matching color. For lightweight cushioning, the sneaker is equipped with a visible Air-sole unit in the gray foam midsole, which is further supported by a smoky translucent rubber outsole.
