In 2016, Nike collaborated with Hiroshi Fujiwara's Fragment Design to give the HyperRev a modern makeover. The result was three distinctive and futuristic variations. One of these options, the grey and navy colorway, showcased a uniform upper with a prominent "FRGMNT" branding on the midfoot strap. Complementing this design, a matching perforated neoprene-mesh wrap enhanced the ankle area, while a striking ribbed 3D detail adorned the back in a captivating blue shade. To provide optimal cushioning and responsiveness, the shoe boasted a solid Zoom Air midsole, which contrasted beautifully with the navy outsole.
