In 2014, Fragment Design and Jordan Brand came together for a collaboration that resulted in a timeless Air Jordan 1 design. Fast forward to April 2019, a surprise awaited sneaker enthusiasts when Hiroshi Fujiwara, the renowned Japanese designer, discreetly revealed another Jordan retro at the Nike Hong Kong Department store. This never-before-seen Air Jordan 3 Retro featured an elegant blend of white tumbled leather with captivating blue accents on the midsole, Jumpman logo, and NIKE AIR branding on the heel. Notably, the traditional elephant print was replaced with sleek black leather, while the lateral heel proudly showcased a debossed Fragment logo. It's worth noting that Fujiwara has clarified that this iteration of the Air Jordan 3 is simply an unreleased sample, and there are currently no plans for its official release.
