To commemorate the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse, Vans collaborated with four artists in 2018 to revamp classic sneakers from their collection. One of these innovative designs was the Vans Disney x John Van Hamersveld x Sk8-Hi sneaker, crafted by the acclaimed illustrator, John Van Hamersveld. Renowned for his mesmerizing artwork and dynamic color palette, Van Hamersveld brilliantly captures the essence of Southern California in a unique Mickey Mouse pattern on the shoe's canvas and suede upper.
