ASICS and Chicago-based boutique Saint Alfred have collaborated to create a shoe design that is a homage to their shared hometown, specifically the Chicago Loop area. Known as the Saint Alfred x Gel Lyte 5 'After Dark', these sneakers showcase a water-resistant brown nubuck upper that is complemented by tonal overlays on the side stripes. Furthermore, the shoe incorporates perforations on the sidewall for increased breathability, as well as matching rip-stop nylon detailing for added durability. The yellow heel boasts TexTuff technology to enhance sturdiness, while the GEL-cushioned midsole ensures optimal comfort. Additionally, the sneakers feature a Mono Tongue Fit System, allowing for an adaptive and personalized fit.
