The Gel Lyte 3 'Homage', a design from Ronnie Fieg, was unveiled at Art Basel Miami in December 2015 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the iconic ASICS silhouette. This release pays homage to Ronnie Fieg's extensive contributions to the Gel Lyte 3 line, which resulted in the creation of twenty-five distinct colorways over the years. Taking inspiration from Nike's 'What The' series, the 'Homage' sneaker is a fusion of thirteen of Ronnie Fieg's earlier designs, featuring elements that reference popular releases such as the 'Salmon Toe,' 'Cove,' and 'Leatherback.'
