The Nike Air Huarache Drift 'Camo' is a contemporary rendition of Tinker Hatfield's iconic shoe design that infuses modern, military-inspired elements to evoke a winter forest ambiance. Drawing inspiration from water-skiing boots, Hatfield initially designed the Huarache in 1991 featuring a comfortable slip-on neoprene sleeve that molded to the wearer's foot. In its April 2018 release, this version introduces modifications to the original containment system, including an adjustable midfoot strap and a wide, stretchy band replacing the molded back heel support.
