adidas launched the NMD R1 ‘Triple Black’ in September 2016, marking the introduction of a fully blacked-out version of the popular sneaker. Encouraged by its positive reception, adidas decided to release another iteration called the NMD R1 ‘Triple Black Reflective.’ This new model maintains the all-black aesthetic but incorporates a ribbed, textured composition for the upper, along with a sleek stretch mesh material. The NMD R1 ‘Triple Black Reflective’ was made available to the public on March 16, 2017.
