As part of their commemoration of the InstaPump Fury's 20th anniversary, Reebok approached Social Status in 2014 for their unique take on the renowned design. Social Status, a US-based retailer, chose to pay tribute to the Charlotte Hornets while also celebrating the team's return to the NBA. The resulting design, aptly named the 'Hornet's Nest', combines the team's teal and purple colors with tie-dye and honeycomb patterns. This special edition also features hornet graphics dispersed throughout, a gradual Hexalite sole for added style, and a customizable black Pump. Reebok and Social Status successfully captured the essence of the InstaPump Fury while honoring the Charlotte Hornets' legacy.
