Initially released in 1972 as a high-top basketball shoe, this iteration features a sleek suede upper and metallic leather details. The release also includes a corresponding cotton twill jacket. The white colorway of the shoe showcases a noticeable metallic red Swoosh and a red leather heel panel engraved with the phrase 'World Famous'. On the inside, a metallic red sockliner is adorned with dual branding.
