Their efforts resulted in the creation of the Hyperdunk, an on-court shoe that showcased a plethora of groundbreaking features such as Flywire and Lunarlon. Fast forward to 2016, Nike reissued this iconic shoe just in time for the Rio Olympics, featuring an eye-catching red color scheme throughout. The upper of the shoe boasts a grid-like texture, which although commendable, still falls short when compared to the opulent leather overlays found at the mudguard, heel, and cutout collar.
