For their Fall/Winter 2013 collection, adidas collaborated with Mark McNairy and Kazuki Kurashi to produce the ObyO Hook Shot sneakers as part of the 84Lab collection. These sneakers feature a white leather upper with a distinctive contrast toe overlay and accents in 'Eggplant' suede for the Three-Stripes and Trefoil heel badge. The tongue graphic pays homage to the lightning bolt emblem associated with Elvis Presley, while McNairy's nickname is elegantly spelled out in foil lettering on the side. Completing the retro look, the sneakers are finished with a pre-yellowed cupsole, adding to the overall vintage aesthetic.
