In August 2019, Maharishi collaborated with Nike to launch a unique version of the Air Max 90 Premium in celebration of their flagship Tribeca store. This special edition features a Maha Olive organic cotton upper, which not only pays homage to the streetwear brand's commitment to sustainability but is also dyed naturally with pomegranate and turmeric. To further reflect the store's aesthetic, the shoe incorporates TPU eyestays, Swooshes, and a heel tab that imitate the appearance of raw woodgrain. The tongue and insole of the shoe showcase custom branding. Additionally, the shoe boasts a Nike Grind sole that showcases visible Max Air technology, highlighting Nike's efforts in recycling.
