Nike launched a special edition shoe in partnership with DJ Khaled to honor his accomplishments as a music producer and the birth of his son, Asahd. The shoe, known as the DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Grateful', pays tribute to DJ Khaled's 2017 album. It showcases a University Red leather upper, accompanied by the classic elephant print design on the mudguard and heel. Additionally, the sneaker features custom hangtags with the iconic "WE THE BEST" lettering and a partially encapsulated Air unit in the midsole, providing excellent cushioning and responsiveness.
