In order to pay homage to the extensive collection of Reebok from the 90s, a sneaker called the Reebok DMX Series 1600 was designed by Craig Howard, who is an in-house designer at Reebok. This sneaker was created as part of a pack of two colorways, serving as an introduction to this model with a retro-inspired design. The ‘Lime Cobalt’ edition, released in September 2018, showcases a striking and daring silhouette, paired with the iconic cushioning for which Reebok is known. This edition boasts dynamic panels made of mesh and leather, arranged in a combination of White, Neon Lime, and Cobalt colors. The tongue and sidewall of the sneaker are adorned with Reebok Vector branding, while the rugged gum outsole houses the well-known and iconic DMX cushioning technology that the sneaker is named after.
