The adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged in Petrol Night was launched in June 2017. This version of the Ultra Boost removes the midfoot TPU overlay, but still maintains the structure of the turquoise Primeknit upper with an internal support system. This upper is complemented by dark blue and white flecks. The flat laces are specially designed in a tiered arrangement for improved comfort and stability. The partially translucent heel stabilizer matches the Petrol Night color. The Boost midsole and Continental Rubber outsole provide contrasting white and black elements.
