As part of Nike's initiative to empower young patients at the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon, this colorway was introduced. Daniel Bair, who bravely battled Astrocytoma during his time at the Doernbecher hospital, took the opportunity to design the Air Max 95 LE DB 'Doernbecher'. This particular shoe showcases a patriotic color scheme, featuring a white mesh and leather upper, complemented by blue accents on the eyelets and red details on the mudguard and midsole. Adding a touch of inspiration, the sidewall proudly displays the phrase "BE BRAVE", while a classic Air Max unit ensures responsive cushioning.
