The Y-3 Pure Boost ZG, designed by Yohji Yamamoto in collaboration with adidas, introduced its Knit adaptation in 2016. This updated version showcases a sleek and minimalist silhouette, with a Collegiate Purple Primeknit upper that is complemented by striking green and black accents found on the leather tongue, heel, and Yohji Yamamoto-branded Three-Stripes. To create a visual contrast, a white Boost midsole and rubber outsole are incorporated into the design.
