Released in February 2020, the Sonic the Hedgehog x adidas Dame 6 GCA ‘Chasing Rings’ shoes were launched alongside the film adaptation of the popular video game. These sneakers were influenced by Damian Lillard's custom ‘Chasing Rings’ Dame 4 shoes, which he unveiled during the first game of the NBA season in 2018 - 2019. As an official collaboration, these shoes boast a unique design with split color blocking, showcasing Sonic-themed graphics and colors on one side, while paying homage to Knuckles the Echidna on the other side.
