In 2016, Saucony Originals collaborated with 10 talented individuals from the digital sneaker community for the Originators Only project. Among them was eddiewinkicks, a sneaker blogger, who drew inspiration from his very first car, a 1997 green Ford Taurus, to design the Grid SD. This unique colorway combines tan perforated suede with deep green leather, featuring additional details such as a green suede tongue, tan leather lining, an embroidered 'e.win' on the ankle, and a speckled midsole. The shoe is completed with a tan outsole, resulting in a remarkable creation.
