The NERF x Reebok Kamikaze 2 ‘Backboard Breaker’ is part of a nostalgic collection in collaboration with the popular toy brand. This retro basketball shoe, famously worn by Shawn Kemp, has been given a modern update with its asymmetrical color blocking and a combination of leather and nubuck materials on the upper. To pay homage to both the release year of the shoe and NERF’s Big Bad Backboard game, the number '95' is embroidered on the heel tab. The design of the shoe is inspired by the vibrant and varied colors found in the game, resulting in a bold and eye-catching mid-top that features magenta, lime green, orange, black, yellow, purple, and powder blue hues. Additionally, the heel of the shoe is adorned with paint splatter detailing, adding an artistic touch, while NERF branding can be found on both the tongue and lateral forefoot of the shoe.
