The Wmns Metcon 5 'Black Rose Gold' was launched in July 2019, alongside its men's counterpart. This updated version of the popular Nike cross-training shoe features metallic detailing that takes inspiration from the podium of champions. In terms of performance, improvements have been made over its predecessor, the Metcon 4. These include the addition of directional grooving on the medial rope-wrap panel, enhancing grip and control while climbing. The forefoot now also boasts a textured haptic print for increased durability against abrasion. Furthermore, a Hyperlift insert has been incorporated into the shoe, delivering added power and balance during workouts.
