The Tennessee State University x Nike Dunk Low ‘Tigers’ is part of a special collection designed by TSU alum Caitlyn Davis to honor Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The stunning color-blocked leather upper showcases a black base, complemented by contrasting blue and white accents, which represent TSU’s official colors. To pay tribute to the school, Davis incorporated bold touches of crimson on the forefoot and collar overlay, reminiscent of TSU’s official merchandise. Sporting woven tongue tags displaying the TSU logo and a yellow leather heel tab embroidered with the school’s founding year, 1912, these sneakers exude the university's rich history and traditions. Moreover, custom sockliners adorned with tiger stripes and a ‘Tiger Pride’ callout bring an extra element of uniqueness to the design.
