Inspired by water skiing shoes, the Nike Air Huarache was unveiled by Tinker Hatfield in 1991, featuring an innovative and distinctive design specifically tailored for running. This particular iteration, known as the 'Dark Grey Midnight Navy', revamps the neoprene bootie by incorporating a nubuck exoskeleton and mesh forefoot, creating a contemporary aesthetic. The signature TPU cage is also reintroduced on the lateral side. Remaining faithful to the original construction, the shoe retains its distinctive Air-Sole cushioning and full-length rubber outsole.
