The Nike Metcon 2 'Total Crimson Black' was one of the four color variations introduced during the February 2016 launch of the enhanced training shoe. In order to strengthen the overall design, a bumper was incorporated into the heel area. The shoe is not only lightweight but also highly durable, thanks to its abrasion-resistant Hyperfuse mesh upper. Additionally, the foam midsole effectively absorbs the impact from intense workouts, while the flex groove outsole in Royal Blue provides excellent mobility on different types of terrain.
