The kids'-sized Air Jordan 15 Retro GS 'Doernbecher' 2018 is a sneaker created in collaboration with Doernbecher Children's Hospital, where young patients are given the opportunity to design Nike gear. The design for this shoe was conceived by Donovon Dinneen, an 11-year-old at the time, who drew inspiration from his favorite anime show. The sneaker boasts a luxurious black suede upper adorned with an embossed dragon-scale pattern. It also showcases gold accents which include unique features such as Donovon’s birthdate and the Japanese symbol for peace.
