The adidas Harden Vol. 3 'Imma Star' sneaker has been given a sentimental update for Spring 2019, featuring a message from the NBA star himself. This new design pays homage to a note Harden wrote to his mom during his high school days, known as the 'Imma Be A Star' reference. It was first introduced in 2016 with the Harden Vol. 1 sneaker and made a comeback in 2018 with the Harden Vol. 2 design, accompanied by an advertisement campaign showcasing Harden and his mom. The Asia-exclusive edition of the Harden Vol. 3 showcases a metallic gold leather upper complemented by sleek black and white accents.
