In 2015, the Gel Lyte 3 'Papercut' collaboration was unveiled by Swiss sneaker boutique Titolo in partnership with ASICS. The launch of this shoe coincided with the opening of Titolo's new store in Zurich, Switzerland. Inspired by the traditional Swiss craft of scherenschnitt, also known as paper cutting, the design of the shoe showcases graphic prints resembling the decoration on the store's ceiling. Featuring white leather Tiger stripes, a neoprene mesh collar, and an insole with the same design as the ceiling, it stays true to the inspiration. The shoe sports a black suede upper, complete with a perforated toe box, split tongue, and stylish red accents.
