In November 2014, Kith collaborated with ASICS for the Grand Opening collection to commemorate the unveiling of their flagship store and mobile app in New York City. The Gel-Lyte 3, like the other styles in the collection, showcases a black glove-leather upper and a white calfskin leather lining, complemented by an unbranded tonal white midsole. This sneaker, along with the corresponding ASICS Gel Saga, holds significance as it represents Kith's inaugural release exclusively through their mobile app.
