As part of the adidas Superstar's 35th-anniversary celebration, the Superstar 1 Expression 'Goofy' is a limited edition sneaker from the Expression Series, one of five collections in the series. Only 4,000 pairs of this special edition were released. The sneaker features a vintage cartoon depiction of Goofy, the iconic Disney character, diving through a basketball hoop with a ball in hand, prominently displayed on its side panels. The white upper of the sneaker is complemented by the vibrant colors of orange, teal, and black, as well as translucent Three-Stripes and vibrant orange laces. Notable Disney and adidas branding can be found on the tongue, heel, and lateral ankle. On the sole, a translucent rubber material showcases the same image of Goofy playing basketball, adding a playful touch to the design.
